Configurable Handcuffs
Handcuffs allows players to craft configurable handcuffs. When a player right clicks another with handcuffs and the other has low health then it will handcuff him. When the handcuffed person moves outside a configurable radius it pulls him back in. When the jailer left clicks he will reel the handcuffed person in. Jailers and people being handcuffed cannot handcuff someone else. When the person being handcuffed shifts he has a chance to escape, or else he damages himself.
There are no permissions or commands.
Configurable stuff :
Potion effects needed to be handcuffed
Health needed to be handcuffed
If you need to be shifting to be handcuffed (surrendering)
The radius before being dragged to the jailer
Chance to escape
Damage if escape fails
Can you please make an update on 1.16.1 i made a world with my friends and i want to jail them if they do something bad but doin /tp is just not fun so can you please update.
Sounds cool. It would be cool to know how to craft the handcuffs though.
you could create a complete jail system where the handcuffed player has to be taken to the jail and he gets jailed.

You did a great job! But being that the plugin is freshly released, here are some things that you should change:
Option to change the material id and the name in the config.
Option to disable the requirement for health and potion effect.

Also, I would like to ask what IsSneaking does. For me, when I tested it, the sneaking player could not be captured. (Had full hp and no potion effects)
Does every level of the potion work?

The config starts out with slow and jump as potion effects needed. And if the player needs to be shifting to false. I did this so it would work with a second chance plugin.
