I have thought about adding that as well, but usually most servers have "essentials" and you're able to send player messages that way if that's what you mean. Also, I don't get what you mean about check if the config file exists before I save. Which config file?

Haha, yeah.. I thought I've fixed that typo already ^.^ Oh well! Should be fixed now :)
First time I've ever seen a plugin featuring pooping messages. You sir (or ma'am), deserve a cookie for that. Humour aside, just wanted to point out the typo. :)
I find myself often wanting to tell new members how the server works. Therefore, a plugin that would write a generic message for me would be great.
My idea would be that you could add a second parameter - eg. "/test <player>". If the second parameter is not specified, it will write the message to the player, who executed the command. If it does have a second parameter, search for that player and send him the message.
Also, please check first, if the config file already exists before you "save" it. Because as for now, all the comments will just be removed, which is kind of annoying.
The rest works fine, thanks for that.
Greetings,
Felix
