The configuration is pretty simple.

Options:
  Change message in seconds: 10
Messages:
- '&4Welcome to the server, &b%name%&4!'
- '&4We love you, &b%name%'

• Change message in seconds - Change this to the time between each message.
• Messages- Add a message like I did into the StringList and you will be good to go. Put %name% where you want the player's name.
  
  Reload the config with '/barcast reload'.
