About bSpace
bSpace is the one and only plugin that generates spaceworlds for your server! Ever wanted to fly around in space and make awesome looking spaceships? You can now do that and many other things with bSpace! Just want an awesome world generator? Well, we can offer that too!
NOTICE
bSpace is in the mature stage of this plugin. As such, I do not spend much time on it at all. However, I do generally post bug fixes, especially for bigger bugs. If you would like a new feature, please make a ticket (top of page) for it. Unfortunately, my Jenkins server has been disabled, so I can't post any dev builds.
Features
- Spaceworlds with customizable planet and asteroid generation
- Spacehelmets and suits, can be turned on and off
- Pail (a Bukkit GUI) support - Pail is outdated. Don't expect support in the future.
- World manager support
- Basic breathable areas (where no helmets or suits are required)
- Awesome Spout features such as gravity and black holes
bSpace has many other features, but because we want to save some space (get it?), we only list the most important ones. If you want to know what the spaceworlds look like, you can hop onto the Images-section.
The following video is very old and does not accurately represent the current state of bSpace. However, it does show the basic planet generation. I do not have control over it.

What should I choose?
- Downloading from Jenkins is reccomended; it provides the most flexible downloads of everything:
- Download the development for untested fixes/bugs.
- Download the tested build for builds that have no known bugs, but have features or fixes not in the release build
- Download the release build if you want a build that has been built solely as a wrap-up of new features or fixes.
If you have trouble installing, don't forget to check our very own installing and updating guide. There are links to all guides below, under the giant Pages-text. There are also some guides for developers.

We request that any issues that are found be posted on GitHub. Don't forget to give us information such as

We just got rid of multiverse for a little bit and installed it recently. Our space world no longer countes of a space world, so there is a day night cycle ect. How can i change the world back into a space world? Any help would be appreceated. :) Thanks
Actually, it has to be /mv create (name of space world) Normal -g bSpace
Thanks.
@locarnos
/mv create <name> -g bSpace NORMAL
Multiverse.
@locarnos
What world generator do you use?
How to create Space world ?
@Sypher40
Thanks! Breathable areas are areas with a ceiling definable in the config.
@Sypher40
This is more likely than not a MV bug.
@Lildirt
So, infinite worlds? There are other plugins that do this.
Even though you're inactive, I thought I'd throw in a quick suggestion. Whenever a player finds themself at a configurable Y, defaults 300, in a configurable list of worlds, they will be teleported from a configurable world to a configurable world.. if that makes any sense. :P
Okay, after some testing I have this bug. When I try to generate a world with Multiverse-Core (Version 2.4-Build527) I use the command line /mv create <worldname(Say Space)> <World type(Normal, Nether, The End)> -g [Generator(bSpace)] The world is created just fine and bSpace recognizes it as a Space world. Though after a server restart (done with rToolkit) Multiverse DOES NOT load the world and bSpace cannot find it.
Information you requested:
bSpace version: 2.3
Craftbukkit version: 1.2.5-R4.0 (For Tekkit)
Error logs: No errors
How to reproduce: By restarting after creation of world with Multiverse 2.4
This plugin is great! I'm mostly using it as a world generator, but I like the suffocation and black hole features though I have yet to test them. Now, how do I set up a breathable area where players don't suffocate? And one more thing, when using commands from the console nothing happens, is that normal?
@ChunkeeMunkee
Thank YOU for using this plugin. If you want to see my other plugins or donate, check my sig.
@Typical_Name
So you're using spoutplugin? I will check the code.
I have difficulty getting this to work properly... the bSpace world itself seems to work fine, but when I go to it, and then back to my regular world, the low-gravity effect persists. How do I make it so that players always experience normal gravity when they're in the normal world?
@kitskub
Your mastery knows no bounds :)
This works perfectly, I can now use full Quantum armor as a space suit :)
Thank you very much kitskub!

@kitskub
Hi kitskub!
Thanks for the quick response! Having a little trouble getting it to work though...
Swapped out the .jar and deleted the config.yml file, and then entered the QuantumSuit IDs (30171-30174), but I'm still suffocating in space. I've tried wearing freshly spawned armor, as well as fully charged and fully depleted armor, with no joy. I even tried turning the suit requirement off, and went back to the settings that I used to get the QuantumSuit helmet working first time around, and now that doesn't seem to work either.
Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, but bSpace doesn't seem to recognise the custom armor IDs. I also tried entering the IDs and setting givehelmet and givesuit to true, and nothing is given.
Hopefully I'm just doing something silly :) If not, then maybe it's the armor's reliance on damage values that's throwing it? (uses these values for charge levels)
If you need me to test any particular settings/values then please let me know!
Thanks for looking into this! :)

Try this one: http://ci.chrisgward.com/user/kitskub/my-views/view/Projects/job/bSpace/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/target/bSpace-v2.3.2-dev.jar
You'll have to reload the config.yml
@adsffm
Clouds need Spout. Not sure about suffocation stuff.
@Terraformist
Gravity changes are not possible without spout, due to client stuff. The planets spherical as can be. I'm not sure about the generator problem. I would check all your configs again.
@altair123ezio
Thank you
@ChunkeeMunkee
I'll work something out.
Hi kitskub,
First of all, amazing plugin! I've been using it in my space build server for a while now, and it's just fantastic! (Especially now I've got Tekkit mod pack ores working using the latest bSpace version!)
A quick question - is it possible to use mod armor as the space suit type? I'm hoping to set IndustrialCraft2 QuantumSuit armor as the space suit, and whilst I've managed to set the Quantum helmet through the block ID setting in config.yml, I can't seem to set the rest of the armor. I've tried using "quantum" and "quantumsuit" as the armortype, but no joy. Is there another keyword that might work, or are mod armor types not supported at all?
Thanks again - amazing work!
