Bukkit

Use it like any other generator. To use it without a multi-world plugin, append this to your bukkit.yml:

worlds:
  world:
    generator: 173generator

Multiverse:

/mv create worldname NORMAL -g 173generator -s SEED

examples:

/mv create myBetaWorld NORMAL -g 173generator -s Glacier
/mv create "other World" NORMAL -g 173generator

The first command creates world "myBetaWorld" with seed "Glacier"

The second command creates world "other world" with random seed.

To use it with other multi-world plugin, follow the instructions for that plugin.
