For Normal Users

Step One

• Possibly the most vital step: Start up Minecraft

Step Two

• Find server that has ArmorSaddles enabled

Step Three

• Approach crafting bench (with necessary supplies, recipes can be found here)

Remember crafting is a sacred art so do it with great care

Step Four

• Craft using correct recipe, for example I will make diamond horse armor

Step Five

You will get either one of three outcomes:

1. You will successfully get your desired item
2. You will have insufficient permissions and will not be able to build it
3. Cthulhu will drop down and devour you for defying him

For Server Ops (Permissions)

This mainly discusses ways to add permissions to players

GroupManager

Step Zero

• Have groupmanager as a plugin, if not look lower for PEX

Step One

Individual Users

• To add to a specific person do: /manuaddp USERNAME armorsaddles.X - X being the appropriate permission

As an example I will add the master node to myself:

Groups or ranks

• To add to specific rank or group do: /mangaddp RANK armorsaddles.X - X being the appropriate permission

Another example, me adding saddles node to default groups:

• Remember that by adding to a group, it is automatically given to higher ranks by default

Step Two

You are finished, now the set users can rejoice and craft, and you can go back to doing what you want

Removing Permissions

• Similar to adding, for users do: /manudelp USERNAME armorsaddles.X - X being the appropriate permission
• Groups are very close: /mangdelp GROUPNAME armorsaddles.X - X being the appropriate permission

Step Zero

Similar to above, have PEX (I will refer to the plugin as PEX, easier and I prefer that name)

Step One

Individual Users

• To add to specific user do: /pex user USERNAME add armorsaddles.X - X being the appropriate permission

• To add to specific group or rank do: /pex group GROUPNAME add armorsaddles.X - X being the appropriate permission

Removing Permissions

• Pretty easy, for users do: /pex user USERNAME remove armorsaddles.X - X being the appropriate permission
• Groups are very similar: /pex group GROUPNAME remove armorsaddles.X - X being the appropriate permission
