dukenukam does have a good idea there though. It could be interesting if the abilities were attached to each individual piece...the more of that kind you wear, the better the ability. Once piece of leather makes you a little faster, 2 pieces of leather even faster, etc. One could even have a mix of speed, jump, breathing and lava protection but at much lower levels. Say each piece grants 20% of the full effect but only the complete set grants the full 100% (extra 20% bonus). Well, something to think about. :)
You have to wear a full set of a specific kind of armor for the ability to take effect, ( like wearing a leather helmet, leather chest, leather pants, and leather boots)
when i put a piece of any kind of armour nothing changes but when i put a full sut of the same kind of armor the abilitie works but if it's pants from and boots from gold and chaim male cheast plate and helemt nothing happens
@Tooner101, would you mind adding the following lines to your plugin.yml for the next release? The URL does not match the plugin name which causes issues with utilities such as PluginManager.
Thanks for the feedback. I do agree the vampire ability is too over-powered and will fix that soon. And yes I do believe this is due to Monster Apocalypse because it works fine on its own.
Splendid! I really appreciate this incredibly fun plugin! I find the jumping ability to work fantastic in relation with the Parachute plugin (Maybe a possible ability?).
That actually sounds great. I have been looking for a tester because it takes too long to code and test constantly. I will definitely let you know when it needs testing when the new update is out. Thanks!
I believe the plugin was Monster Apocalypse. Setting the damage to ignore armor or something similar. I remember not actually changing anything in MA, but the armor debuff effect was still there. Strange glitch. It was quite fun though.
As to your question, I would love to work together with you. I don't have much coding experience, but feel free to contact me if anything needs testing.
Armor Abilities 2.1.5 works great on CraftBukkit 1.3.2-R0.1 on Windows 7 (64-bit) and Ubuntu Server 12.04.1 (64-bit) using Java 1.7u7 and bPermissions 2.9.22
No console errors and the default abilities for Leather, Iron, Gold, Chainmail and Diamond armor work.
I did notice the bug mentioned by SoppingMidget about Gold armor losing the jump ability and was able to get it back by doing the same steps. When I first put on the armor, it did not work but taking one piece off and back on fixed it.
EDIT: Also verified the same problem with the default Leather armor ability.
Thank you for finally explaining the bug properly. I have heard multiple reports of this but nobody ever explained how I can replicate the bug. I will look into this now. Thanks
You have an amazing plugin here, but I'm having an issue with it. Whenever someone with the speed buff, or the high jump buff opens their inventory, their buff falls off. The only way to get it back on is to take off a piece of the armor, close your inventory, open your inventory and put the armor back on. I'm attempting to ID the source of the problem, but I've had no luck so far. Any suggestions?

Yep, I will definitely do that. Thanks! I was unaware of this.

Just some more suggestions/bugs:
@chakyl
That would actually be a cool addition. And I'm glad you like the plugin! I will update it after I finish up college applications.

@chakyl
You will be able to in the next update I promise!
How do you put multiple abilities on one type of armor?
I'm still waiting :( I must have moar abilities! D: So good!
Armor Abilities 2.1.5 works just the same on CraftBukkit 1.3.2-R1.0
Thanks,

I'm waiting for the next update! D: I'm so EAGER!
Great to hear that it's do-able and thanks for giving it a try.
As for my tutorial, it is not finished but here is the link
My server steps are a bit on the involved side and I am having a hard time trying to shorten the steps without skipping important details/topics.
