AntiDrops
AntiDrops
What is it?
AntiDrops stops players dropping items. Currently this plugin has options to stop all players, only those in creative mode or ones without the permission "antidrops.bypass". This plugin can prevent users on a creative mode server from spamming item drops and causing large amounts of lag that can result. There is a permission node to allow a certain player to drop items, introduced in 0.4.

Requirements
AntiDrops is currently on version 2.2 and works with MC 1.7.2 and lower, as this was the latest that it has been tested against.

Updated to Minecraft 1.5
I've just updated AntiDrops to the latest Minecraft version, so it now covers Hoppers, Trapped Chests, all the carts and more! So now creative mode players can't steal from you using them!
Have fun with the new update,

@YoshiGenius Thank you!, works great,
Awesome plugin, just what I was looking for. :)
@lukey_c
There already is, actually! You can use the config options:
block.<gamemode>.death-drops: true/false
If true, death drops wont drop for that gamemode. Otherwise they will.
Hi, Great plugin!!! I just have 1 feature request for you, I was wondering if you could add a option for when a player dies, they dont drop their items that they had. This will benefit me greatly thanks!
@timsavage
Oops, sorry about that! Must have confused myself some time. I'll send out a fix later today.
On my server (CB 1.4.7-R1.0), the worlds.yml config behaves exactly opposite of what the docs say. The plugin only works in worlds that are specifically listed in the worlds.yml file. I'm glad to have finally got it working once I figured this out, but I think the described behavior would be preferred so that new worlds will default to having the plugin activated, without having to remember to edit this plugin's config each time a new world is created.
Other than this issue, the plugin works great!
Are you saying that the bypass permission doesn't work? What permissions plugin are you using? If it is PEX, then it could be a PEX error, otherwise, I will investigate later today.
I dont get it, Sorry its not working for me, i Dont want players who have creative to drop and just some groups bypass it, ive allowed the node for those groups and put true in the config still doesnt work?
@MrRainea
Yes. 1.4.7 changed one thing since 1.4.6 which this doesn't use, so yes. This works.
Does this work with 1.4.7??
@mournz
Nice idea. I'll implement that for the next release, as it's currently unsupported.
Can i configure it to stop people from droping certain items? like i have this thing on my server that everyone starts whit free leather armor, but its kinda annoying everyone drops leather armor everywhere, if i want to Block only leather armor from dropping how do i do that? please help me, if you find a solution for my server we will share a donation for you. Cheers!
AntiDrops version 0.6 released.
Get it here: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/antidrops/files/8-anti-drops-0-6/
I've also updated all of the documentation pages, so check them out before you use AntiDrops 0.6!
@gdude2002
People have begun to use Skript and VariableTriggers for small plugins like this. I'll whip up a new release now, seeming as we still have users such as you.
@YoshiGenius
So.. No next release? :<
@trickshot360
I will add that for the next release.
@jsne10
The true means block for those three settings. Dropping an item out of your inventory is a bit of an issue currently, as it is a bug with Bukkit. :/
Hi YoshiGenius,
Just wanted to check in to see how the update was going?
Thank you,
jeff
How do i make it so that when in survivial if players die, No items are dropped.
@jsne10
Ill fix it all now. :)
