No Bow Delay

Introduction

NoBowDelay is a simple plugin that will convert every bow into a killing machine. Just like in Minecraft Beta, the arrows get almost immediately fired, making it quite easy to kill close-range targets. Your bow will keep its enchantments, you will lose 1 arrow per shot (as if it was shot manually) and the durability will go down with each shot.
