ItemFrameRotation
Description
Add a region flag to WorldGuard to stop players from rotating items inside of item frames. That is it.
Default is to allow rotation.
WorldGuard is a required dependency plugin.
Clarification: This is not the same thing as the already present "entity-item-frame-destroy" flag. The destroy flag simply denies/allows members to break item frames. Even if you deny them with the destroy flag, the members of the region can still rotate the contents by right clicking. This can be a problem for some admins (like me, with my server mall) and seen as greifing. I added this rotation flag to deny members rotation ability. Not even ops can rotate them when my rotation flag is set to deny.
Enjoy! ^_^
Commands
/region flag [region-name] item-frame-rotation (allow | deny) The WorldGuard command to set the new flag.

Metrics
This plugin uses metrics to collect stats! It only collect basic things such as version type, and players online. If you want to see everything, click on the graph. Go into /plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml to disable stat collecting if you wish.
Not Working on Spigot 1.8.8. (git-Spigot-e4d4710-e1ebe52 (MC: 1.8.8) (Implementing API version 1.8.8-R0.1-SNAPSHOT))
WorldGuard version: 6.1
Thanks, great plugin!
@dingus007
entity-item-frame-destroy flag is in WorldGuard, and it does not block rotations. It simply stops members from destroying them. They can still rotate them all they want. My server mall uses item frames and the users like to rotate them upside down. This new flag puts a stop to that.
The entity-item-frame-destroy flag provided already in WorldEdit already blocks this... at least how I use it.
@XZhyperX
It's already uploaded. Just gotta wait for Bukkit staff to approve it. Or, if you wish, you can grab it from my Jenkins page linked up in the page.
