EssentialsKitEditor
EssentialsKitEditor will be discontinued until Essentials updates the way they manage their kits. Plugin will return with the release of Essentials 3.0
EssentialsKitEdit is an add-on to Essentials that gives admins full control over the kits that they and players use.
I have originally seen this request countless times on various websites ranging from DevBukkit Plugin Requests to Minecraft Forums and haven't seen anything (yet) that does exactly this.
It has been brought up to my attention that the comments in the Essentials config are being deleted. I apologize and will try to fix this issue in the next release.
Commands
USE /ke instead of /kitedit for easier use
- /kitedit: Display help.
- /kitedit list: Display list of kits AND lists all lines and info about a kit
- /kitedit select <kitNumber or kitName/clear>: Select kitName or Clear Current Selection.
- /kitedit clear: Clear Current Selection.
- /kitedit add <line>: Add Line to Selected Kit.

Reviews
As said in the video, the setdelay bug has been fixed.
Also, if you have a good idea for a way to make this plugin better, drop in a comment and I'll try add in as many useful features as I can. '
So when are you guys going to update the plugin? and is it going to waork with the uuid with essentials?
@Allek1
Hmm, once you start updating this again, you mind adding support for books?
I NEED this plugin so much will it like literally not work with my essentials? I have been working on an alternative plugin called [Pilz Kits] and i will continue it if this isnt going to be updated. When does Essentials 3.0 come out anyways? thanks for your time, -Livid

@FireExcalibur
It's not abandoned, but essentials changed the way they use kits so this plugin won't work until Essentials 3.0. In the meantime, you can still use this plugin but you will have to use a much older Essentials.
It says this is an abandoned project, is it actually? If it is, please reconsider, I can't stand to see such a good plugin go to waste. :(
@NoahDTheHorse
I did, they said "wait until we add a save into the plugin, which is in our 3.0 release". So.....it wont be for a while. Sorry.
can you just talk to tthe creators of essintals and maybe youguys can work to gether to fix this issue
@sonicwolfsspeed
I'll see what I can do. The plugin was future-proofed but you may need to download an older Essentials. The newest Essentials breaks my plugin and there isn't a way around it (as of now). The only thing you can do is download an older version of Essentials. Otherwise, if it isn't an Essentials issue, please post a pastelog or pictures about what doesn't work.
@therealspoljo
W00t! Thanks! This plugin is awesome.
@Jarrett78
/kitedit addkit <name> [-i]: Adds a new kit. Adding "-i" will automatically convert full inventory into a new kit (instead of adding a kit manually).
Idea: Make it so you can add items that you're holding into the kit, so we can add items with lores and other things.
update plz :D
@therealspoljo
Okay I see why, the Essentials team blocked out my plugin. We're trying to get this resolved now. However, this is supposed to be resolved in the next stable version. Don't use the developer version for now.

Well, it didnt work for me. I wrote /ke addkit starter -i to add kit from my inventory it sent me massage that the kit was created, but when I wrote /ke list or /kits it doesnt show up.
@therealspoljo
I tested it recently on version 2.11.1 and it didn't change at all. Can you reply with the download link of the version you're using? Thanks.
Looks like it doesnt work with the latest release of Essentials.
http://ci.ess3.net/viewType.html?buildTypeId=bt3 <-- Latest version is not yet approved by BukkitDev staff but I found that release on their build server.
When I make a kit with /ke addkit starter -i , it doesnt show that kit neither in /ke list or /kits
Hey I Have A Request, Ive Been Looking For A Plugin Like This For A Long Time And This Is Perfect But I Would Like To Request Higher Enchants? My Server Is An OverPowerd Server Where You Get Like Pro 8 And Stuff So... Mind Adding That in?
@TeenMatthew
Yeah I'm not sure where the ' ' marks came from but those are the reason you're getting the error.
Which version are you using? What command did you use to make those kits?
I tested few hours ago with EssentialsKitEdit v2.3, and everything worked fine.
What I did is: I put the items that will be in the kit in my inventory and then I typed /kitedit addkit [name] -i --> If you add -i, that will automatically convert full inventory into a new kit (instead of adding a kit manually). And only thing that you need to do is, set the delay.
Also in you config, you will need to manually delete every " ' " before and after items. That is causing the error.
Could you help me, when i made the kits with your plugin and did /kits it said non were avalible and when i do /kit (then a kit) it says it was not properly implemented
