Duplication found, DO NOT USE --- I'm working on a new fixed version ---
Looking for a simple and SAFE way to trade from anywhere with anyone? With /trade you can trade items, money or XP levels with command! If you have the "items" you specified, and the requested player is online, the request is sent! The target must then accept or deny the trade. As simple as that! Trades can be disabled in specific worlds or for certain players(permissions)! You can also set an ignore list and broadcast a "want to trade" to the server!
For French version,-> Voir Cette Page! <-
I suggest making an interface with a chest interface with green and red wool, green to accept trade, red to decline. It's better and easier to keep track of (to see you're not getting scammed) when trading a random guy.
EXAMPLE:
If item is enchanted or named and traded with /trade it dose not delete, and can be repetitively used to reward the recipient with hundred of trades.
While the Player doing the trading, his items never go away.
if i can, my suggestions are (-:
1-an option to select items permitted in a list or something else (e.g. someone doesn't want to allow trades of a few items);
2-an option to allow an item must be on the trade: for example, if you want to permit to sell something getting emeralds (like a money) or something else. i mean, if you can make an item compulsory on the command line.
1: Work on a way to convert levels to xp orbs.?
So, example, 5 lvls would be a constant value of 'X' xp orb (based on lvl 0).
This way would result in players having 5 level will give 5 lvls but the player who have 50 lvl will give much less than 1 level. The same will happen for recieving.
2: Transfer 5 lvl (orbs depending on the senders level) then the reciever would recive the amount of orb he have.
This way players can scam trying to sell 5 lvl while claiming to be lvl 50 (resulting in a much lower amount of orb recived than expected)
3: Simply sell xp orbs.
I knew player could do this, I just hoped they didnt find out untill i sorted this out. :P
Players can have friends get 5 levels and continuously trade them to that player, giving them a ton of levels without getting the same amount exp orbs. This is a pretty big glitch.
Nope :). The plugin check the asker's have the item(money or xp) in his inventory before asking the target for a trade. Then if the target accept, it check the traget inventory(money or xp) is containing what's to trade, if so, it'll recheck the asker's inventory to be sure it still contain the mats, and only then to the trade.
Version 1.4 (waiting approval)
- Can now trade Levels(XP) !
- Can now disable trading FROM or TO specific worlds
- Doing /tradeignore (without target) now block/unblock all incoming trades (not persistent trough restarts)
- /trading <amnt> <item> <amnt> <item> Broadcast your willing to trade this (with cooldown)
- [Vault] is now optional! The plugin will still run if Vault is not installed (but it is still required for tradings that involve money)
I've actually had this problem when testing the plugin. As far as the dupes go, none yet. This is a really good plugin and it definitely has the potential to be something great. Once these bugs can get squashed I plan on replacing auctions with this. Btw... Hello Fisiks :P
I'm liking the plugin. I have a recommendation, however. You should add an ignore command, such as:
/trade ignore [player]
This will prevent the player from spamming you with trade requests.
You could also add another command to re-allow future trades within the player.
Overall, nice plugin, looking forward to those commands being added!
Pls fix, and update.
Just make blacklist

@GodsDead
What kind of grief prevention you use? I could give a try

Would there be a way to implement this with Grief Prevention claims with this trade plugin? So users could trade items for a plot of land.

Have you had any item duplication issues in your testing?

version 1.3 is waiting approval!
Added "/tradeignore <player>". Players you add to this list cannot send trade request to you anymore.
@Adderhead
@fisiks
I'm working on it :) Thanks for the suggestion.
