BiomeTP
About
PLUGIN UPDATED, NOW WORKS PERFECTLY WITH 1.7.2.
How it Works:
The latest version works with ALL versions of and supports all future versions without any updating.
This plugin uses a combination of NMS and Bukkit code to deliver the fastest biome teleportation possible.
The plugin uses a 16/8 2D directional search mechanism, to find the the nearest biome to you, another player, or a different location all together.
The plugin almost instantly teleports you to the biome specified.
THIS PLUGIN IS 1.7.2 READY.

Commands
/biometp <biome> or /btp <biome> - teleports you to the biome you specified.
When typing a biome that has spaces in it, replace the space with an underscore. So Mushroom Island would become Mushroom_Island
Permissions
biometp.use
Someone needs to take over this project. This is a fantastic plugin and when I tell people about it, they don't believe me, cause they think it's not possible for the game to find biomes that have not been generated yet.
This is also a great plugin for new maps on servers and you want to find a specific biome fast.
I'm using BiomeTP on a 1.9 server, and the biome names are...weird. Swamp has become swampland, a lot of biomes have had MUTATED added as a prefix. Just wondering what's up with that. It works fine, as long as I use the strange names though.
Hello, Is this plugin still in development? If it is, I got a few suggestions you could add. These suggestions are: - Add a sign to teleport - Add permissions to teleport to specific biome (People will only be able to teleport to the biome you let them tp) - Add an amount of times people can use the signs - Add a curency system to buy one usage.
Best regards, Fritz
This plugin is great, but is there a way to disable the messages, or add custom ones?
@Paxination
I don't have BiomesOPlenty. I have no custom biomes or anything.
@Turbotailz
Doesnt look like a vanilla error. Looks like your running a modded server with BiomesOPlenty?
@Aerokiwi
That mod is creating custom biomes. This plugin doesnt support custom biomes.
I have downloaded and added BiomeTP to my plugins folder on my Cauldron 1.7.10 server, and it works fine for all the Default Minecraft Biomes. But i have installed another mod called Biomes XL and the BiomeTP plugin only allows me to TP to the biomes which display names consist of one word (Alpines/Marsh). But biomes like Mini Jungle and Redwood Forest do not work as the plugin thinks that the biome is only the first word (Mini or Redwood). I have tried Underscores, underscores with Caps, dashes and periods, but none seems to work. Please help!!!!
I seem to be getting these errors a bit, I'm aware they are vanilla errors but why is the plugin causing them?

working great on our spigot 1.8.1! thanks so much!!
@glh290
Sure, why not.
I can confirm that it works in 1.8, I do have a couple suggestions.
you could avoid the "all caps" confusion by using toUppercase() and toLowerCase() or String#toLowerCase and String#toUpperCase.
Im not sure what JVM you use or how the plugin is scripted, but converting the input to uppercase/lowercase could solve some issues with the confusion.
Also If you could release the source in case you decide to stop developing and someone could pick it up would be great, this plugin is pretty cool.
This is working fine on 1.8. Thanks!
This crash occurred after a user tried to use /biometp OCEAN.

I'm using the latest version of spigot.
@rojo8399
Possibly, would you mind testing it?
Does this plugin work with BiomesOPlenty? If not that'd be an amazing update feature!

@swampshark19
Hi, do I do /biometp flower_forest for the command? For some reason that isn't working or is there an update that is coming? Thank you :D

@catprowler
