Features:

With this plugin you can set Warps and Masterwarps. The normal user can easily and quickly teleport to a Warp. Admins and mods on the other hand can also teleport to Masterwarps, which simplifies reaching of places that are only for admins/mods. You can also request money for using the Warps, which is automatically subtracted.
