    Just gauging interest. Vote or comment if you want this.

    I've already integrated zPerms with Regios 5.9.6, but I haven't checked it in because:

    1. Regios already seems to have region-based permission support.
    2. I haven't been able to test this out myself since I am totally unfamiliar with Regios.
