    Upon loading the plugin, this occurs:

    I have used versions 1.2 and 1.3 snapshot of zPerms.

    I have a small feeling this could be plugin conflicts, but I am at a loss to explain it otherwise. I'll run some tests tomorrow morning. I'm working with a completely empty database, so that's not causing the issue. I'm using Spigot #1491.

    Yup, most likely a plugin conflict.

    XRay Informer is one known to cause that error (because it includes the Joda Time libraries without relocating them). There may be others.

    But that's the usual cause.

    Yeah, found the plugin causing the issue. It's a lesser known plugin, and still undergoing development, so I don't expect any support for it ;) Will be moving off the plugin ASAP though.
