What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

A simple subcommand of /permissions refresh which allow to reload the Permissions.yml on the rootfolder.

I'll keep this in mind, but it uses Java reflection and relies on CraftBukkit classes (e.g. CraftServer). Incorporating it into zPerms isn't a good idea as far as maintainability and portability goes.

I recommend just using that plugin for now.
