I would like to start using SpoutCraft with this plugin. It would make things less buggy, and better. I would be able to have symbols like in Dayz for the thirst and leg breaking. You could use the level and xp bar back right? This is the way.

Spout Features I've thought of

  • Bandit Skin when killed "x" amount of players
  • Hero Skin when killed "x" amount of bandits
  • Broken leg symbol
  • Thirst Symbol
  • Visibility Symbol
  • Can't jump when legs are broken
  • Maybe code in guns!

Implemented Features

  • Thirst: Players start with a thirst level of 20, and it slowly decreases. The level may regain by drinking water. This is represented by the # level.
  • Visibility: The XP bar represents how visible players are to zombies. The higher the visibility, the further away a zombie can see you.
  • Tents: If a player right clicks with a piece of wool (tent), a tent will be generated on the spot.
  • Legbreaking: If a player falls more than 6 blocks, his/her legs get broken, and the slowness effect will be applied. This can be fixed by taking morphine (bone).
  • Zombie bites: You can configure an effect, and a chance that it will happen, with a zombie bite. Such as a 20% chance for the zombie to poison the player.
  • Bandages: When bleeding (Poisoned), a player can right click with a piece of paper (bandage), and bandage themselves up.
  • Turning: When a player dies, a zombie spawns on their deathpoint.
  • Sunburn: Zombies to not burn in the sun
  • RandomSpawns: Set random spawning
  • SpawnProtection: Duh.
  • Camp fires: When a player right clicks with a flint in hand, and a log in his/her inventory, a campfire will be generated.

Instructions for randomspawn range and offset!:

Use this equation when setting your random spawn. You'll want to first go to the center of the area.

current coord - 1/2 range = offset.

This means if you are on 1000 X, and your range is 200, then you do 1000 - 100 = 900 <- offset

Lets say you are on a negative coord:

currentcoord + 1/2 range = - offset

Upcoming Features

  • Faster Zombies: Zombies speed can be configurable, and they will run faster when aggroed.
  • Flashlights: A player can right click with a torch, and a torch will spawn on the block they are looking at, and move when they look at another block.

Known Bugs:

- On spawn, player takes a 1/2 heart damage. - Sometimes spawn protection doesn't work
