    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Download on latest version of bukkit
    2.do /za create (name)
    3.Does not work....

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I see a list of commands that can be done however it shows the same thing for any command i try to run

    What version of the product are you using?
    newest version

    Do you have an error log of what happened? no
