    Implement a feature that only allows warping if the player's Exp bar is at least X% full.
    It should also subtract the required Exp from the player's total.

    This may require you to force the Exp level to not rise above a certain point, but this could be configurable.

    Also if the exp seems to be very uncommon it could be added, but please don't expect it in 3.2.0 ;)
