What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Restart, start, or stopping the server
2. Any warp to command for non-ops
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No errors and allow players with permissions to warp.

It has been working just fine the last few weeks on 1.9pre5 and 1.0, I have not changed CB versions lately. The only change I made was get register.jar working.

I usually get errors on startup/shutdown/restart about enabling and disabling, stating is it up to date, but worked just fine, just left it alone, thinking it has to do with non-rb of CB. Now with register, the startup enable/ error has changed. No disable error.

After adding register.jar, non-ops cannot warp.

Which version of the Bukkit Plugin Utilities do you use? Since 1.2.1 it should work.

Good question. The version is unknown to me. I installed it when I installed xWarps. Oct 30 is the date of last modified.

I'm going to attempt downloading a new copy and see if that makes a difference, just in case.

Did a full restart to be certain.

Set the economy → plugin entry in the configuration to “Register”. But the error from the OP is gone?

Wish dev.bukkit had some kind of notification system like bukkit forums does.
Sorry for the delay. Been busy and forgot. I have set it as register and still same problem.
Since I'm using MC 1.2.3 with CB, I can't use ico5 anyways, so I'm stuck with ico6 for the time being. I do have vault and register installed.

Yes, Op use has gone away. Eh, knowing my luck, it returns when I re-enabling register.
Would like to note I can not use xwarp reload in console. "No permissions..."

Update for plugins/CB:
xwarp: 3.1.6
PEX 1.19
CB: 2034 (last known beta build that I've checked.)

Would also like to note that xwarp does not like to be reloaded (/xwarp reload) more than once per server restart.
