Warp specific cooldown/warmup which overrides the warper specific cooldown/warmup. At the moment there no command to change the cooldown/warmup available. Will be introduced at the latest in 3.1.0.
Warps now allows doubles as price.
You can warp only, if the warp location is save. The meaning of force-to has changed, and now overrides the test if the location is save.
