Because the setup script does not check for INSERT/UPDATE permissions, some users complete setup without having a valid MySQL username to run the X-Ray Detective script.

Make sure if you are using a webserver not on your server's machine is is NOT the root username. You MUST (abosolute MUST) add a new user with all permissions. Root is for the local server and not for outside connections
