Bukkit

Added new barbecue surface types:
+ wooden trapdoor
+ iron trapdoor
+ double step

The grill surface can now be directly under the fire (so the fire touching the surface block as before) OR you place the block max. 1 block above the fire (this is still the block directly above the fire, but steps can now be in line with the other block tops or trapdoors placed on the top edge of blocks!)
