Add a blacklist/whitelist for item ID's. #11

    I would like to request a blacklist/whitelist added to the config in which specific ID's listed cannot be world edited in like Beacons, Ore Blocks, Chests, Or modded items from a modpack.

    I want to give my advanced players and supporters and even owners of plots in my creative world access to world edit but do not want them abusing it or bypassing my creative banlist (I use limited creative to stop them from using anything with ores, machinery, or inventories).

    Also i have not tried your plugin yet but this will be used on a 12 server 1.6.4 modded mc network. I hope its compatible with 1.6.4.
