Please add a permissions for players to cross the border without server-owner has to type /wb bypass for players after server restart.

just a simple permission like: worldborder.bypass.player

players with this permission are able to cross border.

As per the changelog on the latest release, the bypass list is now persistent between server restarts.

Adding a permission which automatically bypasses the border has the complication of being granted to anyone with all permissions, so that's not happening.

would it be possible to make a bypass-per-world I got multiple worlds on my server with world borders. players should be allowed to cross border in 1 world only.

It would be possible, certainly, but I don't really have time for it. Sorry.
