Forge Version for 1.12.2 anywhere? #145

    I've been trying to find WorldBorder for Forge and get a number of links but no results that actually pan out. I tried dropping in 1.8.7 to my Sponge Forge Server and it never gets picked up.  Has this ever been converted?  If not, is there a simple or straight-forward way to do so?

    I have taken over the World Border Forge version and am working on getting it updated, i have got the 1.10.2 version done and its currently on curse awaiting approval, as for 1.11.2 and 1.12.2 those will be available very soon

    found the version for 1.12.2 and it has issues with the fill confirm command.  https://github.com/abused/World-Border/issues/3
