First Update!

List of changes:

Support for multiple world use.

Set 1 second delay for command to be run after world change. Some users had said that their items would appear before they teleported. This would happen mostly when another plugin would load the targeted chunks before teleporting.

Items would appear before teleportation. (Fixed)
