Generate default config from jar #9

    Please make the plugin so it is released in a .jar file and generates the default config file by itself.
    The way it is released now, in a zip file, is not like every other plugins. It would be nice if you would like to follow the standard of bukkit dev plugins.

    Sincie I recently added this to my other plugin (Safe creeper) and I'm fully rewriting this plug uin I'll add this feature too of course. (what I already planned)
