    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
    A cooldown on teleport?

    Please provide any additional information below.
    People keep running in portals when bored, which keep all world loaded for nothing ... o0
    Also was thinking of  way to charge a fee for entering a portal(maybe with different fee for all world)
