It would be greate if you could create worlds with this plugin, also, you should be able to change the mobs that are allowed to spawn in that world.

Hello,

With the current World Portal version it isn't possible to create worlds with a command indeed. Currently, you can only create worlds when creating a new command. I'm currently fully rewriting World Portal, I'll add this functionallity to the upcomming update.

About the mobs, you should give Safe Creeper a try, it gives you unlimited possibilities according to the behaviour of mobs. You can set up different things for different worlds, you can even block mob spawning in just a world guard region, or outside a mob arena.
