Bukkit

This update fixes backwards compatibility with older CustomCrafting versions and fixes some other issues regarding particle registries.

• Added ExecutableItems to soft dependencies.
• ParticleEffects/ParticleAnimations created via the deprecated methods are correctly converted now.
• Fixed - ParticleAnimationRegistry and ParticleRegistry don't include type information.
• Fixed incompatibility with previous CC versions.
