Pretty simple to reproduce

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. /ww addbounty <negative amount>

It's possible to cause an Integer Underflow error as well through this glitch.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error log, visible to all players.

Please don't be mad, I also tested on your public server and the issue is there......
