What steps will reproduce the problem?

Here are the three major issues we have had upon using this plugin:

-After a week or so, the clan alphas lost their leadership and it randomly passed off to another player.  The newer alphas, in turn, lost their leadership.  This occurred all without ever being killed by another werewolf.
-Should werewolves who do not have that trait (ones that haven't advanced to not drop their armor) have armor equipped, they do drop it upon transformation.  However, werewolves who have armor in their inventory are able to equip the armor once transformed.
-Apparently, wolfbane is a free-crafting recipe so it doesn't have to take any kind of shape so long as all the ingredients are in the crafting bench.  However, nobody has been able to successfully craft wolfbane using the ingredients list provided in the werewolf book.

What version of the product are you using?

We are using Spigot 1.8.6, using Werewolves v. 0.7.7 for 1.8.6

We are running Spigot 1.8.6, and as such we downloaded the plugin from the spigot website.  However, this is being submitted on bukkit as I couldn't find the option to submit a ticket on spigot, at least not immediately.
