Welcome Help
Welcome Help is a plugin that a lot of server admins have been looking for, for a very long time. I have made this plugin super easy to use, even the biggest noob can use this plugin! Super easy to setup!
How it works
Well when a new player joins the game, a admin can command /hi and it will put out a message from that admin. (message is configurable)
When a staff member wants to tell the server they are ready to help, they can do /<rank>. It goes from Mod - Super-Mod - Admin
All the messages are configurable with .txt files in the Welcome Help folder.
This plugin does support color codes.
Permissions:
/hi - welcomehelp.hi
/mod - welcomehelp.mod
/smod - welcomehelp.smod
/admin - welcomehelp.admin
This plugin requires HeroChat and Vault

Aww, I wish this was in Essentials or something. Being able to type /hi and automatically greet new people is awesome. If you know of any other plugins that would be great. Good luck though, and thanks.

Can you make it so that /hi works when a new player joins it says their name?
Right now: Welcome to SERVERNAME!
What it could be: Welcome PLAYER to SERVERNAME!
Also found a bug, doesn't use nicknames with essentials.
Example: Me typing it out: Josh: Welcome to SERVERNAME! How This plugin types it: joshnoodle98: Welcome to SERVERNAME!
