    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Make auction of item

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    As i understand there should be auction fee based on market price. But I still got 0 for fees. I setup config file but its not working.

    What version of the product are you using?

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    New auctions are only charged based on the market price, no market price no fee.
