Permissions for Web Auction not writed on the PLayer table

While a new user is created on WebAuction data base, randomly, the player gets or FULL rights or NO rights.
and when I put the player in the right perms group (which has buy right/sell right), the player table on webauction doesn't update so I've got to manually add it by myself.

But the password or money fields are updating.
