What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i cant set the port, i need to set port 3734

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i want i t to work, i dont know why there aint a port setting

i added a port = to it , but still error

The system error 111 is by the unavailable port setting ( i hope)

not sure what you mean. there is no port setting, besides for the database. this plugin doesn't have a built in web server, you have to set up your own. check out http://httpd.apache.org/ and you'll need php installed http://php.net/

pretty sure you would set that in the host field

host = 123.123.123.123:3734
