Web Manager is a plugin that provides a website to manage your server.
Right now, it only supports 'ban', 'warn', 'kickall', 'kick', 'banall', 'warnall' and other great stuff.
Everything is saved in a database for servers network etc ...
Configuration :
DB: host: "localhost" db: "minecraft" port: 3306 password: "password" user: "root" global: name: "default server"
host : host of your database server
db : database name
port : database server's port (if you don't know use the default port 3306)
password : database user's password
user : database user
name : name of this server it must be unique in your network
