What is JumpBlocks?

JumpBlocks is the ultimate and original sponge jumping plugin. It allows for players to bounce on sponge blocks, and reach heights configured by staff. We have a dedicated development team that is always trying to bring new features to the plugin, whilst still maintaining a light-weight and smooth plugin.

Features

Step on sponge blocks to bounce
Custom per world bounce height
Per World bounce toggle
No fall damage from bouncing
Sneaking/Crouch blocks bouncing
Remembers toggled heights and worlds
No conflicts or requirements

Commands

/jb - Displays plugin name and version
/jb author - Displays plugin authors
/jb help - JumpBlocks help
/jb world - Display toggled worlds
/jb world worldname - Toggle the specified world
/jb height
/jb height worldname - Display height of specified world
/jb height worldname height - Toggle specified world's height.
Available heights (low, med, high, crazy, monster, insane)

Permissions

jumpblocks.use - Bounce on sponges
jumpblocks.staff - Use toggle commands

In the next version, would you mind including the following lines in the plugin.yml?

author: webicex version: 3.2 description: Jump high on certain blocks like a trampoline website: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/wbxmod-sponge-trampolines/ dev-url: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/wbxmod-sponge-trampolines/

NOTE: The version was 3.0 in the 3.2 archive.

are you adding an option in the config to have it permanently on unless they use /jb toggle self. if not please add that

You have to do the command /jb toggle self This should fix it. If not then, I will be updating a new version very soon.

Hi, i i don't know why the plugin don't works at my server,everything works i set the block to spong ( id 19) i toggle it on etc but just when i try to jump on the sponge nogthing happens. can u explain hat i did wrong ?

Hey SkydeBoss, what you are suggesting will be in the next update, and that is to be able to save options to a config. The plugins will be able to save changes to config, then reload them when the server is on /off etc. I'm currently working on this feature.

Great plugin, but I want to know if it is possible to let the fact that default jump height to be max for everybody after turn off / on again our server? And such but let the flame effect by default?

I tried this plugin on our server, and it works good. The only problem I have is that whenever you run on a jump block, it kind of "stops" your momentum, and makes you go bounce with the same velocity forward every time basically. Could you perhaps add some setting or a function that maintains a players movement? It would be alot easier to build parkour / jump games. Thanks!

Hello guys, just here to say that I uploaded the new build with added no fall damage when landing on sponges, and the ability to be able to toggle on/off bouncing per player by using a command /jb toggle self At the moment, I have not implemented a config file to save people's toggle status, or the jump heights etc. This is the next thing I will be working on. So stay tuned, and make sure you get the latest build! (Should be JumpBlocks V3.2 if it's not there, then we just have to wait for bukkit to approve of it)
