New Features!

• Edit the broadcast messages! There will be a new file, messages.yml, located in the VoteRoulette folder. Edit those messages to your hearts content. (Supports color codes)
• Set a custom message for a specific reward/milestone that will override the default reward message. Add a “message: “ section to a reward/milestone with text. (Supports color codes)
• Set commands for rewards/milestones! Add a “commands: “ section to a reward/milestone to have a reward run commands in the console!
• Added a /vote command that lists all your voting sites to the player. You can edit this list in the messages.yml. You can negate (-) the voteroulette.votecommand to block access to this.
• Set a periodic reminder for players to vote! You can turn it off or change how often it broadcasts in the config. You can also edit the message in messages.yml.

- Also fixed some config typos and errors.

Since there is new features and additions to the config. It's recommended you rename your current/old config to something else (like old_config.yml) so a new config can populate and then you can copy over your rewards/milestones. See the updated config here.
