Added automated help message
Added explosion skill -> New permission: vp.explosion
Added repel skill -> New permission: vp.repel
Added list all purchasable items command -> New permission: vp.listpurchasable
Added shop and buy permissions -> vp.shop & vp.buy
Started working on Language files -> Ignore them for now.
New config node -> lang for choosing the language.

Repel & Explosion skills might have some side effects or may not work as intended, I did not have the time to test them.
Started working on language files, not done yet, so they don't do anything.
You need to manually edit your config file, adding this line anywhere in the file:
lang: en
If you don't want to do this, you can delete the config file, restart the server, and the plugin will regenerate a new config file with this line.
