Installation
- Download the VirtualPack.jar and place in in you plugins folder.
- Install Vault the same way.
- Install WorldEdit. If you don't want to install it as a plugin, simply place the jar in plugins/VirtualPack. (I need WorldEdit because of the utilities that are bundled with it, and I need those to register the commands.)
- Install a Vault-compatible permissions plugin (see the Vault project page).
- Now either install a Vault-compatible economy plugin or set the "economy" value in the VirtualPack config to "false".
- Install ProtocolLib if you need it.
- Start your server.
- Maybe read the configuration page.
- Have fun.
Importing other plugins' saves
Supported plugins:
- AlphaChest
- Backpack
- ChestKeeper

Alright people, it's too much. Do NOT ask me to:
- Change /v because it is used by vanish already. Change it yourself in the config.
- Update the plugin to a new Minecraft version. I'll do it as soon as possible anyway.
If you do one of the above, you don't deserve to talk to me and I won't do anything else than sending you this video.
@Siguza
Okay, Do you think you will have it done within the next 24 hours? I Want to update my server by then :)
@ZwingGX
@jordanwilliams2
On it, but it'll take at least until tomorrow. At least brewing stands seem to bring some non-trivial changes.
Hi,
/v command doesn't seem to work on 1.9, Hope you can update it soon :) <3
Waiting for MC 1.9 :)
@Tyfyter
And Vault is up to date and there are no "[VirtualPack] Permission instance is null" floating around in the console?
every time I try to use the vitualpack (including the commands to buy things) it just says "You're not allowed to use VPack", I am an op and I have permissionsEX giving me every permission
@Siguza
Update seems to have fixed it. Sorry for not doing my homework before bothering you and thanks for the help.
@KablooieKablam
No, but you can run the following command on the jar (assuming you're on Unix):
And see if the result is September 17th or not.
@Siguza
I can try replacing the jar. Is there an in-game command to verfiy dev build number?
@KablooieKablam
Sounds like the bug I fixed in dev build #153... could you be using an older version?
@Siguza
I thought of that after posting and have edited my comment.
@KablooieKablam
Could you provide the exception stack trace?
Wondering if there's anyone else with my issue. Whenever anyone puts an item into the Uncrafter window, nothing happens except for a null pointer exception.
Here's the error:
Here's my config:
@Siguza
If you're planning an update, please add a permission for the virtual trash. Your plugin is awesome. I'm pretty sure that if you move it to Spigot, you'll get your deserved reviews.
If you need help with the Spigot updater (in case if you're moving the project to Spigot), don't hesitate to message me at Bukkit forums or skype: dvargas135.
@Siguza
no it tells them their chest does not exists any more
@McOnePeace
And by "lose the /chest" you mean the chest itself is still there, but all items are gone?
@Siguza
if i knew how it was happening i would tell ya XD all i know is every day more of my players join and have lost the /chest i know it has happens in the past when i updated it but that was about it
@McOnePeace
See comment #1153.
I'll gladly accept any guide on how to reproduce it.
So i been having this issue for a while. for some reason my players are losing their /chests. randomly over time it seems to happen, one of the ways we were able to fix it was doing a group manager reload so it would pick up on the virtual pack permissions. this does not work any more. I thought maybe i can pull the info from mysql but that does not seem to work as well. any way of fixing this issue?
