VIP Particles
1.10 UPDATE - 10k downloads! - 2 NEW PARTICLES - FIXED POSITIONING OF PARTICLES - This is a simple and easily understandable particle plugin, it has many different particles and many different features for a better user experience. I recently added the bossbar(Which you can turn off an on in the config) feature which creates a bossbar telling you what particle you selected and the bossbar health slowly shrinks until it dissapears.
Just a side note: The reason I made this plugin was to experiment with hashmaps and such, although I did a decent bug test I am sure you guys will find a way to mess it up :)
What does it do?:
I had been searching for a particle plugin that fitted my liking but I could never find that perfect one. SO THATS WHY I MADE THIS!!!! VIP Particles has a very organized and easy to understand gui for your players and is a great donation perk. If you have never heard of a particle plugin here is a quick summary: It spawns particles around the player creating an aura-ish effect.
Features:
- Currently 24 different particle
- Has a dynamic inventory menu showing the user what is unlocked and locked
- Has a built in option to link your players to the shop to buy more particles (Toggleable in config)
- A customisable message prefix

Permissions:
- particles.*: Gives the player all particles
- particles.gui: Allows the user to open the particles gui
- All of the permissions below are self explanatory (Gives the respected particle to the player. ex: particles.snowbreak gives the player the snowbreak particle effect around them

Edit: Gonna check, if there is console log and also try it e.g. without permission, etc.

Posted Jul 23, 2016@Seanliam2000 It's fine if you need to remove it - it's better than the console spam. I only have one player testing out my donation rank right now and he is the only one using it.. he probably won't miss the feature..

Yeah I just did some testing and it is the bossbar feature, I will have to figure out what is causing this and an update will be out shortly! Thanks for reporting it :)
EDIT: I may have to remove this feature if I cannot fix this

Hi, thanks for reporting the error. What version of bukkit/spigot are you using? I am not sure if this plugin is compatible with anything but 1.10 servers
EDIT: Try disabling the bossbar feature and see if the error continues

Posted Jul 23, 2016I have a java error coming from this. Not saying there is something wrong with your plugin - It could be something else not playing nice with it. But thought I would show it to you incase it helps you fix it for some one else.

Okay an update: I let it run for about 30 mins and nothing changed, it still kept running the particle. Do you have anything that would reload your server automatically? My plugin stores everything in hashmaps which are reset when you reload the server

Posted Jul 12, 2016Particles stop appearing after awhile and keep requiring me to reboot my server to make them work.
I receive no errors so I'm clueless.
I am running Spigot 1.9.4 with the latest version of this plugin.
