    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.i give everyone permissions have even given them all permissions

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    they should be able to assign jobs but they cant i can as an OP though

    What version of the product are you using?
    0.4.0

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no error just you cant assign jobs.
