Is there any possible way to have a chief or one of the others scan surrounding villagers and assign them a random job if they do not already have one?
Them childrens are hard to chase down, and the adults are hard to differentiate between useful and regular.
maybe a command or config to toggle this option on or off?

I see your point here. I've already though about some kind of latent multi-agent system. Thank you for the suggestion.
