What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Put Sponge.jar into "..\Plugins\"
2.Add Sponge to the Plugin list in "..\server.properties"
3.Start MCServer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should create "..\Plugins\Sponge\config.yml"
It creates "..\Sponge\config.yml" Instead

What version of the product are you using?
