DELETE OLD config.yml

    All spammy debug message have been removed


  • Only one debug message should remain
    It shouldn't be spammy, in fact:
    It should only show up if you click to automatically install the latest update (op, or users with that permission only)
    This message is "download update"

Automatic Update Download and Installation has not been added, yet.
