Brief error description

'spawn reason of event-entity' always returns "<none>".

What causes this error? Please paste the exact line you used

on spawn:
    send "Test: %spawn reason of event-entity%" to "RezzedUp" parsed as player

What server version are you using? Latest is not an answer! Use /ver and tell me

Another variation returns something... but it's the same for every spawn reason.

on spawn:
    send "Test: %spawn reason of spawned entity%" to "RezzedUp" parsed as player
