It seems that the way Bibles are written in gods include ' that may be interfering with the SQL syntax.  No real clue though.

Is there a way for me to exclude these items from being tracked even?  They are system generated and I am not overly worried about them.

You're right it's due to the text written, there are 4 <<'>> everywhere and causer the sql syntax exception,t it can only handle the first and the last for now. So to avoid this error avoid to use ', so if a plugin use this character, it's uncompatible yes.But we will probably try to allow these characters in the next update.
